From 2013-2015 RAI worked with Air New Zealand regarding strategic engagement with its unions in order to develop a collaborative, high performance, high engagement organization and culture at Air New Zealand.
RAI began working with senior management and union leadership leading a joint education about collaborative, high performance, high engagement organizations and cultures. It then helped set up joint structures to oversee the roll out and implementation of the transformation. RAI then facilitated and guided the redesign and implementation of change in three initial target areas to launch the organization wide change effort.
The process and changes became a benchmark across New Zealand for organizational culture transformation, and collaborative, high performance, high engagement organizations.
