RAI consultants recommend and arrange site visits for clients as part of a joint labor-management "study process" that companies and unions may undertake to help determine whether to engage in building a partnership and to gain ideas and insights from the experiences of other organizations. RAI works with clients to ensure that they gain the maximum value from their visit by conducting preparatory and debriefing sessions to sharpen observations and capture learnings.
